Can I return or exchange an item once it is received?

Due to safety health guidelines, we won’t be offering refunds or exchanges once an order has been received.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping will be via usps mail, ups, and dhl express. You can track your orders for specific times.

Do you ship internationally?

Do we have to pay customs and duties?

Yes, buyers are responsible for customs and duties in their country. CADEIA will not cover these fees. if a package is unclaimed due to unpaid taxes and duties, a refund will not be issued.

What happens if my item(s) arrives defective or damaged?

If your item(s) arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we could get you a replacement.

How do I care for my convertible chain?

Mild soap. Warm water. A soft cloth can be used but remember, something abrasive could scratch the surface of the resin. Avoid extreme heat or storing your chains in direct sunlight as some resins will yellow when exposed long term to the sun’s light or heat.
